Beach Schools Cup is an annual, two-day beach volleyball competition that brings together high school students from across Queensland. As the only event of its kind, it attracts participants from Far North Queensland to South East Queensland, creating an exciting opportunity for students to showcase their volleyball skills in a unique beach setting.

Held during Term 1, the competition features both ‘pairs’ and ‘fours’ formats, catering to students from Year 7 through to Year 12. Whether you’re a seasoned player or new to the sport, Beach Schools Cup is a fantastic chance to compete, connect, and enjoy the dynamic atmosphere of beach volleyball.

Event 1
Yr 12 only = Sat 14 + Sun 15 June
Location: Sandstorm Beach Volleyball

Event 2
Yr 7 – 11 = Sun 27 + Mon 28 July
Location: Coolangatta Beach

Divisions: 

• Yr 7 =  Fours (Mon only)
• Yr 8,9,10,11,12 =  Pairs + Fours (both days)

Price:
Pairs: $80 per team
Fours: $160 per team

Key Dates:
Mon 2 June (midnight) – Entries close for Event #1 (Yr12)
Tues 3 June (midnight) – Team lists due for Event #1 (Yr12)

Thurs 26 June (midnight) – Entries close for Event #2 (Yr7-11)
Fri 27 June (midnight) – Team lists due for Event #2 (Yr7-11)
(note: these dates are prior to school holidays. Minor changes to entries made prior to midnight Mon 14 July ie 1st day term 3, will not be penalised).
