Junior Schools Cup
Junior Schools Cup is an annual volleyball festival targeted at year 7 and 8 high school students. Catering to approximately 2,000 students over three days, athletes of all skill levels are welcome. This event is typically held during week four of term four.

Date: 18 – 20 October, 2024
Divisions: Year 7* / Year 8* / Year 8 Honours*
Price: Honours = $675; Divisions 1 & 2 = $575
Venue: Gold Coast, including Coomera Indoor Sports Centre, Gold Coast Sport and Leisure Centre (Carrara), Runaway Bay Indoor Stadium & AB Paterson College
Nominations Open: Thursday 15 August at 12-noon
Nominations Close: Thursday 3 October at 12-noon
Team Lists Due: Thursday 10 October at 12-noon
Draw Released: Monday 14 October at 12-noon
*All team members must be in the specified year level or lower.
Membership: All athletes must be current financial members of VQ
Please note: This event will have matches scheduled from 10am Friday morning through to 4pm Sunday evening. Please ensure that your team/s are prepared to be available for all matches (either playing or duty) during the entire three days of competition – this includes suitable supervision for your team as teams from the same school are likely to be at different venues.
