Volleyball Queensland has various affiliated clubs throughout Queensland, delivering volleyball programs for junior through to senior players.

How to Affiliate
Join Volleyball Queensland’s list of 35 affiliated clubs & associations and unlock competitions, insurance, resources, and support to help your club grow!
In order for a club to be established, you will need the following:
- Official name of the club
- Club’s logo
- Club Committee to be formed (i.e., President, Vice-President, Coaching Director etc).
- Confirmation of the venue(s) that your club will play out of
- Certificate of Incorporation (as a non-profit ‘Incorporated Association’ – acquired through the Office of Fair)
- Club Constitution
- Annual General Meeting Minutes (before you are formally accepted as a VQ affiliate).
- Financial Statements.
- Affiliation Application Form (Found on our Website) co-signed by two current VQ affiliates.
- Affiliate payment to be paid once all affiliation application documentation has been provided and VQ have presented this to the Board of Management for consideration and endorsement.

- Insurance: Public liability and personal injury insurance for financial, registered members participating in VQ-sanctioned activities and events.
- Competition access: Eligibility to enter teams in competitions including Premier Volleyball League (PVL), State Championships, Country Championships and Schools Cups.
- Membership management: Access to the Majestri platform for member registrations and club administration.
- Coaching and referee development: Access to VQ coaching courses and referee accreditation pathways.
- Club promotion: Inclusion in the VQ website’s Find a Club directory, helping prospective players connect with your club.
