Volleyball Queensland is growing, and we’re excited to offer new opportunities to join our team in full-time and contract staff roles. These positions play a key role in supporting and developing volleyball across Queensland, from grassroots participation through to high performance.

Opportunities - Coaching
2026 VA Level 2 Course Presenter – Expressions of Interest

Volleyball Queensland is seeking expressions of interest from experienced coaches to deliver VA Level 2 Face-to-Face courses across regional Queensland in 2026.

These opportunities are ideal for accredited presenters who are passionate about developing the next generation of volleyball coaches, while supporting the growth of the sport in regional communities.

Courses are planned to be delivered in locations including Rockhampton, Dalby, Mackay, Gladstone and Bundaberg, with additional locations to be confirmed.

Successful presenters will be remunerated per course delivered, with travel, accommodation and ground transport covered, and a per diem provided for meals.

LEVEL 2 COURSE PRESENTER

2026 QLD Junior State Team Coaches – Apply Now

Volleyball Queensland is seeking experienced coaches to lead our U19, U21, and U23 teams at the Australian Junior Volleyball Championships in Adelaide this July.

Head Coaches must hold VA Level 3 accreditation; Assistant Coaches require VA Level 2 State accreditation. Coaches will help with trials, training, tournaments, and lead teams at the championships.

Officiating AYBVC 2026 – Expressions of Interest

Volleyball Queensland is seeking expressions of interest from qualified referees to officiate at the 2026 Australian Youth Beach Volleyball Championships (AYBVC), held in Coolangatta, Queensland.

This national event will feature Australia’s top youth athletes across the U14 to U18 divisions and provides referees with a valuable opportunity to gain experience at a high-level championship.

Accommodation and daily meal per diems will be provided by Volleyball Australia. All applicants must hold current Volleyball Queensland membership.

EOIs close 16 February 2026. Referees selected from the EOI pool will be contacted once appointments are confirmed.
